Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with applicable law, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer must notify the company in writing and return the product within this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">2. Product Return Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns are accepted only if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the product has not been used, worn, or damaged,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it is in its original condition with complete packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a proven error on the part of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">3. Refunds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of a valid return, the refund is issued via bank transfer within 14 calendar days from the receipt and inspection of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund \u03b1\u03c6\u03bf\u03c1\u03ac only the value of the product and does not include shipping costs, unless these result from the company\u2019s fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">4. Exceptions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>products on offer or discount,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products that have been used or damaged,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products returned after <strong>15 days<\/strong> from delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">5. Return Methods<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Via Courier<\/strong>: All returns must be made through courier services and delivered to the premises of <strong>ZOGRAFOS \u2013 ZOGRAFOU ELENI, GEORGIOS<\/strong>. Shipments via regular mail are not accepted.
