Ready To Bloom!
Having created a beautiful bond with women dealing with cancer, receiving numerous “thank you” messages from ladies experiencing hair loss who have ordered a silk scarf or a turban to wear and feel beautiful and confident, Zografos the brand felt that it was about time to start a wonderful collaboration with Alma Zois -the Greek, non-profit association for women dealing with breast cancer.
Just like a healing wound should involve four continuous and overlapping phases, likewise four seasons follow one another regularly to complete one year long.
In this project, “Zografos for Alma Zois”, the stages of healing and the sequence of seasonality that is necessary for a cycle to come to an end, embodied through their symbolic meaning to a collection of four silk scarves. A series dedicated to women who face cancer by completing one phase after another with grace and love for life.
Elena, the designer of Zografos the brand, takes inspiration from the symbolism of four amazing flowers and creates four corresponding designs, each one dedicated to every season of the year.
