Shipping & Returns
All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
Customers may return a product within 14 days of its shipment, covering the return shipping at their own expense. The company will accept the return ONLY IF there is no damage or wear, and if the product is accompanied by its receipt of purchase, as well as the completed “return form” found here. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of our having received the product.
We offer Free Worldwide shipping on orders over 150 euro, however you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
