1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any justification.
The customer must notify the company in writing and return the product within this period.
2. Product Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
- the product has not been used, worn, or damaged,
- it is in its original condition with complete packaging,
- it is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a proven error on the part of the company.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. Refunds
In the case of a valid return, the refund is issued via bank transfer within 14 calendar days from the receipt and inspection of the product.
The refund αφορά only the value of the product and does not include shipping costs, unless these result from the company’s fault.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products on offer or discount,
- products that have been used or damaged,
- products returned after 15 days from delivery.
5. Return Methods
- Via Courier: All returns must be made through courier services and delivered to the premises of ZOGRAFOS – ZOGRAFOU ELENI, GEORGIOS. Shipments via regular mail are not accepted. The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received by the company.
- ACS Courier Charge: When using ACS Courier, return shipping costs may be charged to the company’s account, with the amount deducted from the refund.
- Return at Company Premises: The customer may return or exchange a product at the company’s physical location, strictly by scheduled appointment.
